Manoela is a partner in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and private equity, corporate law and governance, banking and finance and capital markets.
She has more than 15 years of extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clients in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, assets sale, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, inbound and outbound investments, and other corporate transactions involving a variety of economic sectors, as well as representing international and local banks, corporations, investment funds, multilateral agencies and other investors in a wide range of banking and finance transactions.
