Biography
Luiz Octávio has extensive transactional experience having served as leading counsel in a large number of corporate and capital markets transactions in Brazil and abroad. Before joining Lefosse, he was a managing director at the investment banking group at Banco Credit Suisse where he was head of the M&A area in Brazil.
Academically, he holds a law degree from UERJ (Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro) and a master's degree in law (LLM) from the New York University School of Law.
