Biography
Luiz assists companies with structuring tax matters in public and private M&A transactions and intra-group corporate reorganisations, with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector. He also assists in litigation involving transfer pricing matters.
A member of the International Tax Committee Section of International Law of the American Bar Association (ABA), Luiz is also a counsel to the Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF) and a member of the Tax Committee of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain.
