Biography
Luis Ricardo is a partner in Azevedo Sette Advogados’ corporate M&A practice in Belo Horizonte office. He draws upon more than 20 years’ experience advising clients in complex transactions involving commercial contracts, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, specially to energy, and mining sectors.
LLB from UFMG Law School, and was admitted to practise in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in 1996. Master’s degree in corporate / M&A and business finance at University of Chicago, EUA (LLM, 2002).
Luis was foreign associate at Arnold & Porter, Washington, EUA (2002–2003).
