Member: Panama Bar Association; International Lawyers Association of Panama (vice president); Maritime Law Association of Panama; Inter-American Bar Association; Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP); British Virgin Islands Registered Agents Association. Luis López Alfaro is also actively engaged in various environmental protection issues and groups.
