Biography
Luis has advised on the granting of credit and financing by major banks, financial institutions and DFI´s in the region. He has advised creditors and other organisations in financing renewable energy projects and real estate developments in Costa Rica.
He has been an active participant in seminars given by renowned financial institutions such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Latin American Federation of Banks, the International Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Banks and Financial Institutions of Costa Rica. He has been a member of the Banking Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (currently its President), Costa Rica Chapter since 2012, and member of the Banking Law Committee of the Costa Rica Bar Association since 2014.
