Luis Enrique Palacios specialises in M&A, project finance and corporate finance. He has an extensive experience advising buyers, sellers, targets, financial advisers, financiers and others on M&A.
He has represented financial institutions and sponsors in the development and financing of projects and concessions in the energy, infrastructure, telecommunications and mining industry, among others.
