Luciano Ojea Quintana has been a partner since 2003. He specialises in banking, commercial and corporate law and in capital markets.
His professional practice is basically focused on local and international M&A transactions, restructurings, foreign investments, capital markets transactions (local and international) and financings, and on providing advice to banks and corporations in several aspects of banking, contractual and general commercial law.
He has broad experience in highly complex restructurings of banks ordered by the Central Bank, structuring of trusts, public issuance of shares and debt, private debt restructurings and commercial contracts, as well as through advice on the banking regulatory framework. He has also advised companies on public biddings.
He obtained an LLM degree from Duke University (1997) and a degree from the Fores/Universidad Austral at the Lawyers Training Programme (1993), where he graduated with honours.
