Biography
Luciana Marsal is a partner in BMA's Corporate and M&A practice area. She joined BMA in 2004 and has extensive experience in advising clients on M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and divestitures as well as corporate and securities law matters.
She represents local and international clients (including publicly held companies) in several industries such as food/beverage, retail, technology, financial services and transport and logistics sectors.
She has been involved in some of the most important M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations in Brazil. She worked as an international associate at Debevoise and Plimpton in New York from 2011 to 2012.
