Biography
Specialist in corporate law, M&As, private equity and investment funds. Engelberg provides legal assistance in the structuring, review of terms and implementation of M&A transactions; in the structuring and implementation of investment funds; on corporate law and corporate restructuring operations and joint ventures; and in structured transactions and assets’ purchase and sale. Has previous experience in industries such as food and beverage, information technology, pharmaceutical, paper and cellulose, services, agribusiness, printing, roadways and logistics.
Received her LLB from Pontifícia Catholic University of São Paulo. Has postgraduate degrees in contract law from Fundação Getulio Vargas, in international corporate law from Centro de Extensão Universitária and in WTO law and economics from World Trade Institute, Switzerland. Has also a master’s degree in international law from the University of São Paulo.
She is a member of the ABCI Institute – Brazilian Analysts of International Trade and the IBA.
