Mr Gnecco is a partner within the firm’s labour and social security law practice. He has extensive experience in employment, collective bargaining agreement and social security matters. He has handled an extensive variety of labour and social security issues in jurisdictions as diverse as Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Romania, Venezuela and the United States.
Mr Gnecco was previously a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2005–2007), a senior legal adviser at the Techint Group (1988–2005) and an officer at the National Labour Courts of the City of Buenos Aires (1980–1988). He is a professor at various graduate and postgraduate labour law programmes and a frequent lecturer on labour matters at some of the most prestigious Argentine universities. In addition, he has authored or co-authored several treatises and articles appearing in specialised publications.
