Biography
Lorenza has participated in structured financings, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and energy matters, including joint ventures, corporate and asset acquisitions, as well as tourist developments, with experience in advising buyers, sellers, and investors in cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, also in the purchase and sale of private companies, buyouts, joint ventures and divestitures in Mexican target companies.
She has been an integral part in several sales of highly valuable assets owned or controlled by Mexican governmental agencies. She also focuses her practice on legal and regulatory aspects of real estate investments and strategic transactions in the hotels, resorts and tourism, manufacturing, commercial and construction industries, including refinancing, purchases, negotiation and settlement of agreements, among others.
