Leonardo Rodriguez provides legal advice to mining companies. He specialises in commercial law and litigation, and became a partner in 2012.
He worked as a foreign associate at Holland & Hart, Denver and at the Ministry of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires.
He graduated top of his class at the Catholic University of La Plata and received the Supreme Court of the Province of Buenos Aires’ "Colección de escudos" award (1997), holds an LLM in natural resources from the Sturm College of Law, University of Denver (2008), a master's in business law from Universidad Austral (1999) and a master's in business law from Francisco de Vitoria University, Madrid (2002).
He is a widely published expert on mining and commercial law.
He has taught credit documents at Universidad Austral and has been guest lecturer for the Master in Business Law at Universidad Austral and Francisco de Vitoria University.
