Biography
Santiago Soria has been a partner of the firm since 2008.
He has vast experience in complex commercial litigation, including disputes among shareholders, class actions and commercial contracts. He has also actively participated in contentious issued related to administrative law matters. Currently, his professional practice also includes domestic and international arbitration.
Before joining Marval O’Farrell Mairal, he worked at the Civil and Commercial Court of Appeals of La Plata, Buenos Aires.
He graduated with honours from the National University of La Plata with a degree in law in 1996. He received the Joaquín V González Award.
He is the author of several articles related to his areas of specialisation. He regularly participates in conferences and seminars in his field.
