Biography
Kieran Walsh is head of the Maples Group's Latin America practice group. Kieran practises both BVI and Cayman Islands law, and advises on a variety of investment funds, structured finance, private equity and general corporate matters. He provides all client services on a bilingual Spanish/English basis, and regularly advises clients both originating from Latin America and investing into the Latin American region.
