Biography
Kenneth has more than 20 years’ experience in capital markets and banking law, including the structuring and negotiation of documents relating to financial and capital markets transactions and structured credit transactions. He also has extensive experience in financial institutions with regulation and supervision at the Banco Central and CVM.
Academically, he has a degree in Law from UNIP (Universidade Paulista), a master’s in commercial law from PUC-SP and an Executive MBA in corporate finance from IBMEC-SP. He also studied advanced business law and international business law at Mt. San Antonio College, USA.
