Biography
Julián has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate law. His practice focuses on general corporate advice, structuring of acquisitions and sale transactions, company reorganisation, debt restructuring, design of legal strategies and on the negotiation of complex corporate contracts.
He has also participated in several banking and capital markets financing transactions.
Before joining TRSyM he worked as corporate legal counsel and legal adviser to the board at Celulosa Argentina SA. Within this position, he was recognised by The Legal 500 as one of the most influential in-house lawyers (GC Power List).
He graduated as a lawyer at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2005 and completed a postgraduate course in economics and finance from Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona in 2015.
