Education: University of Chile, School of Law, Santiago (LLB, 1991); University of Michigan School of Law (LLM, 1996). Admitted to the Bar 1993, Chile. Member: Chilean Bar Association, American Bar Association as foreign associate, and German Chamber of Commerce. Languages: Spanish and English. Practice areas: corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and construction law. Former professor in civil law at University of Chile. He also sits on the board of a public company.
