Biography
Juan Pablo has 20 years’ experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, equity capital markets and both transactional and day-to-day advice for private equity funds and domestic and multinational companies. He has an extensive track record in banking, energy and retail M&A transactions.
He has also a strong record in project finance transactions, with special focus on renewable and thermal energy projects, as well as an extensive expertise in debt capital markets and asset-backed financing transactions.
He has been recognised by The Legal 500 and other legal publications as a leading specialist in his practice area.
Before joining TRSyM, he was a partner at Bazán, Cambré & Orts and Southern Cone Legal Manager in AB-Inbev Group. He also worked as foreign associate at White & Case, in New York.
He graduated as a lawyer at the University of Buenos Aires in 2001.
