Biography
Mr Juan Luis Hernández, managing partner and LLM Harvard educated, specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets and projects.
His previous experience includes working as a foreign associate in the corporate finance and project finance areas at Shearman & Sterling (1998–1999); and as legal assistant of the Peruvian Securities Exchange Commission (CONASEV).
Mr Hernández is recognised by prestigious international publications such as Chambers and Partners, Practical Law, IFLR and Latin Lawyer, as one of the most recommended Peruvian lawyers in corporate/M&A, capital markets, banking and finance and projects.
