Biography
Juan Jose Lopez-de-Silanes earned his law degree at Universidad Iberoamericana, and has postgraduate studies including a degree in corporate law, a programme for Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard University and an LLM in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law at Boalt Hall School of Law at Berkeley, CA.
Mr Lopez-de-Silanes is a partner at Basham, Ringe y Correa SC, and he has been part of the firm since 2 January 1994.
