Partner at PPU expert in environmental, regulatory and judicial issues related to investment projects. He has advised important clients in complex environmental and energy matters, at an administrative and judicial level, advising on the environmental impact assessment of investment projects, as well as in the process of obtaining other necessary permits for their execution and subsequent closure.
Member of the Environmental Legal Services of Arcadis Geoténica (1996–2000). Master’s in environmental and natural resources law of Northwestern University School of Law of Lewis & Clark (2003–2004). Professor of the master’s in environmental law, University of Chile, Catholic University and Universidad Mayor. Director of the master’s in environmental law at Finis Terrae.
