Career: Head of the banking, finance and capital markets practice in Colombia and a partner in the projects practice. Expert in project and corporate financing. He has led equity and debt issuances of banking institutions in Colombia and abroad. He has represented lenders, sponsors, borrowers and Colombian governmental entities in financings and the development of projects in the energy, infrastructure and oil and gas sectors.
Education: Lawyer, Universidad de los Andes (1994). Postgraduate degree in financial law, Universidad de los Andes (1995). LLM, IIT - Chicago Kent College of Law (1998).
Languages: Spanish and English.
