International director of Guerrero Olivos. Leading partner of the TMT practice and member of the corporate/M&A, banking & finance, and data protection/new technologies departments. He specialises in highly regulated deals assisting domestic and foreign companies in international M&A and corporate reorganisations. He is an expert in complex negotiations and restructurings, strategic communication and crisis management.
Juan Enrique has a law degree from Diego Portales University; holds an LLM from the American University, Washington DC; was admitted as special legal consultant in Washington, DC; and worked as foreign associate with Piper, Marbury, Rudnick & Wolfe and Swidler, Berlin, Shereff, Friedman, LLP. He is a member of the Digital Regulations Desk of the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce, the IBA’s Communication Committee, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
