Biography
Juan M Diehl Moreno has been a partner in the firm’s banking and finance department since 2006. He specialises in foreign investments, M&A, banking, fintech and capital markets.
Digital innovation is driving an unprecedented shift in financial services, so in recent years Juan has been increasingly active providing a full range of strategic legal advice to financial institutions and fintech innovators. Many of these need advice while developing and adopting products and services such as crowdfunding, e-payment platforms, cryptocurrencies and digital banking.
He is also focused on local and international financial and commercial transactions, including M&A, bilateral and syndicated loans, debt restructuring, structuring of trusts, real estate, foreign exchange markets, IPO and public debt issues.
He worked at Sidley Austin, New York, US, as a foreign associate.
He has a master’s of law from Northwestern University, Chicago.
