Biography
Juan Diego de Vinatea specialises in banking and finance law, projects financing, and mergers & acquisitions. He counsels local and international clients on international transactions and has solid experience on direct and syndicated financing operations, representing national and foreign investors in financial, contractual, societal and commercial matters, as well as in structuring and negotiating local and international M&A.
Juan Diego also focuses on projects finance operations and public services infrastructures concessions. He taught the civil law course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2003-2005).
