Education: Pontificia Catholic University of Chile School of Law, Santiago (LLB, 1993); University of Oxford School of Law (Magister Juris, 1998). Admitted to the Bar 1994, Chile.

Member: Chilean Bar Association, advisory board of the Centro de Libre Competencia UC, Licensing Executive Society, National Association of Advertisers, Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group, Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property and International Trademark Association.

Languages: Spanish and English.

Practice areas: competition and intellectual property law, commercial law and consumer protection, advising on contentious and non-contentious matters. He leads the competition law practice group.
