Biography
Educated at Catholic University of Santa María School of Law (Arequipa), master’s degree in finance and corporate law from ESAN University, master’s degree in civil law at Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Previous work experience: legal adviser to the Minister of Economy and Finance (2011); director of the Office of the Legal Adviser, Ministry of Economy and Finance (2010); adviser to the Minister of Agriculture (2007–2008). Fluent in Spanish and English. Practice areas: concessions and private initiatives, infrastructure, agribusiness.
