Biography
José co-heads the M&A and private equity groups of the firm. His professional practice focuses on M&A, financings and real estate projects, and he has acted as legal adviser to institutional investors as well as local and international corporations in complex acquisitions.
He is an active officer on the Latin American Regional Forum of the International Bar Association. José is recognised by Latin Lawyer as a Mexican expert in his fields of practice and also as a leading individual by several renowned international directories.
Strongly committed to Pro Bono, José serves on the board of various non-profit organisations focused on education and vulnerable communities in Mexico.
José is co-managing partner of the firm; and is a member of the Executive and Compensation Committees.
