Biography
José Tam leads our civil litigation and arbitration and Asian investment desk groups. He specialises in representing civil, commercial, criminal administrative-contested and constitutional procedures, and national and international arbitrations. He is a chairman of the Chinese-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce and teaches Procedural law at the University of Pacific.
He collaborated in the training courses for applicants to the Academy of the Judiciary (2004) and has published several articles of his specialty, such as the book Proceso, poder jurisdiccional y tutela procesal efectiva (ARA Editores, 2009).
Education: University of Lima (1996) and Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2004). Memberships: Lima Bar Association, Peruvian Association of Civil Litigation Law and Ibero-American Institute of Procedural Law Spanish Arbitration Club. Languages: Spanish and English.
