Biography
José Otavio Faloppa is one of BMA’s partners. He represents clients in matter related to taxation of companies, corporate reorganisations, and business activities. He also has significant experience in tax issues in debt and equity financing and in mergers and acquisitions.
His clients include large national and international companies active in a broad range of sectors, such as finance, real estate, energy and mining, and investors such as private equity funds and individuals.
