José Luis works in corporate matters, in M&A, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures, advising leading companies operating in several sectors of the economy, especially services, technology, telecommunications, private equity and energy. He has extensive experience in the healthcare market, having worked in emblematic acquisitions of laboratories, clinics and hospitals by large groups across the country, and in the agribusiness sector in acquisitions of large producers. He advises leading companies. José Luis holds an LLB from Faculdade de Direito da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
