Biography
José is a partner at the firm, who leads the environmental and mining area, specialising in corporate law, financial transactions, mergers & acquisitions and mining transactions.
He regularly advises local and international mining companies and other participants in the mining sector, as well as investors and financiers. He has extensive experience in mining project financing, acquisitions of mining assets, negotiation of joint ventures, royalties, mining leases and options, and other mining agreements.
Education: master’s of Laws (LLM), London School of Economics and Political Science, 2003; licensed in law, University of Lima, 1999.
Bar Admission: Lima, 2000.
