Jorge Trelles specialises in project finance, M&A, capital markets, and restructuring and insolvency. He counsels on energy, infrastructure, mining projects finance operations, corporate finances, as well as structuring and negotiating local and international M&A.
He was an international lawyer at Allen & Overy in New York, participating in transactions in several Latin American countries.
Education: Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2003); LLM from The London School of Economics and Political Science (2009). Languages: Spanish and English.
