Biography
Mr Jorge Luis Zubiate is a partner at Hernández & Cía and specialises in civil litigation, trend, administrative and constitutional law.
He works as an adviser to banks, financial and insurance services, with special highlighting on the procedural strategies’ design regarding resolution conflicts and also on the recovery of corporate credit portfolios. In addition, he has wide experience in judicial sponsorships to the various levels of the judiciary, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Mr Zubiate has written several articles on civil procedure, published in journals.
Mr Zubiate graduated from Pontificia Catholic University of Peru Law School, 1990; is working on a master’s degree in litigation law (LLM) at the same school and also holds a degree in banking and finance law (LLM) from the Peruvian Banking Association, 2004.
