Biography
Jonás Bergstein is an expert in finance and corporate taxation. He advises Fortune 500 companies on all sorts on tax and corporate matters. Mr Bergstein is uniformly ranked by Chambers and Partners, Latin Lawyer and The Legal 500 as one of the leading practitioners in such fields.
A graduate from Harvard Law School, Mr Bergstein was a foreign associate with WilmerHale and with Mattos Filho before joining Bergstein Abogados more than two decades ago.
Also an arbitrator, Mr Bergstein is an associate professor of taxation at at ORT University and has authored several books and almost 100 law magazine articles.
