Biography
Co-head of TozziniFreire’s corporate/M&A practice and head of the firm’s alternatives practice group, João has over 20 years’ experience in corporate/M&A and transactional work to players across the alternatives’ industry spectrum, assisting local and foreign investors in transactions involving numerous different sectors. He stands out for his work advising alternatives’ players (including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, special situations and real estate sponsors and institutional investors) and he is recognised for his ability to combine technical expertise and deep industry knowledge.
