Biography
Born in Mexico City, Mexico. Educated at Universidad Iberoamericana (JD, 1995) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LLM, 1997). Worked as a foreign associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP (1997–1998). He is a member of the board of directors of the firm and his practice focuses on mergers and acquisition, private equity and capital markets. Among other things, he regularly advises large multinationals and global private equity investors and sponsors on acquisitions and investments in Mexico across multiple industries. He has advised both underwriters and issuers in multiple domestic and global equity offerings. Mr Enríquez is an active mentor with Endevor where he has served as panellist during multiple international selection panels (ISP).
