Biography
Jane Goldman is a partner in BMA’s finance and capital markets area. She has notable experience in debt and equity transactions in the Brazilian and international markets, including public offerings and private placements of shares, debentures and promissory notes and securitisation of receivables, and in structuring investment funds in Brazil.
She also assists foreign clients in the registration of their investments in Brazil, and advises on regulatory issues affecting public companies, financial institutions, asset management firms and other agents in the securities market. Her clients are national and international companies doing business in a wide variety of sectors.
