She has extensive experience advising real estate clients in acquiring, financing, developing and selling all types of real estate assets. Janaína’s top-notch expertise not only covers niche areas such as shopping centers, office buildings, logistic and industrial warehouses, real estate finance, but also complex rural real estate deals regarding timber acquisition, agribusiness and ESG.
Recently, Janaína has been acting as the lead real estate attorney in transactions involving multi-million-dollar acquisitions and dispositions. From the very beginning of her time as a partner at Mattos Filho, Janaína has been successful in her 15-year career, playing an innovative, leading role in highly important cases.
