Biography
Education: Doctor of Law, summa cum laude, UNIBE, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Juris Doctor, with a concentration in business law and regulation, Cornell University, New York. Admitted as an attorney in the Dominican Republic and New York.
Mr Senior is a member of the firm's corporate department, concentrating his practice in matters of civil, commercial and business organisational generally, with an emphasis on banking and financial transactions and foreign investment. He regularly counsels foreign and domestic clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, tax matters, financing, corporate reorganisations as well as tourism and industrial free zone investments. Prior to joining the firm as partner, Mr Senior worked for six years as an associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin.
