Biography
Jake Farquharson is a corporate and securities partner and focuses primarily on international and domestic capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance and general corporate transactions. Jake represents sponsors, issuers and investment banks in IPOs, follow-on equity and debt offerings, 144A/Reg S/4(a)(2) and other private placements for companies in various industries, including FIBRAs and REITs, energy and infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, aviation and specialty finance involving mortgages, consumer loans and corporate loans.
Jake's experience includes advising on CFE's global IPO of the first-ever FIBRA E in the energy sector (CFE FIBRA E); the global IPO and follow-on offerings of the first-ever Mexican REIT (Fibra Uno); the global IPO and follow-on offerings of the first-ever Mexican REIT focused on lodging (FibraHotel); the global IPO of Fibra Danhos; and the acquisition by a Mexican CKD of a mortgage portfolio.
