She has also participated in structuring the purchase of various companies and solar energy projects that will be implemented in Honduras.
Her practice specialises in corporate-commercial, finance, aeronautics, energy and tax.
She has been prominent in major transactions in the country and also participated as counsel in syndicated loans with multinational banks. She has acted as the primary legal adviser to international companies that include specific areas such as aeronautic and finance industry.
She has experience in advising both national and multinational clients in complex corporate transactions that include supervising and conducting due diligences, creating business and tax structures that satisfy clients’ needs and comply with local legislation, among other services related to mergers and acquisitions and corporate work.
Master's in business administration and finance (magna cum laude). Graduated with honours in legal and social sciences with specialisation in business law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
