Biography
Ivandro Sanchez is heavily engaged in activities in the corporate area, focused on high complexity negotiations and M&A transactions. His practice encompasses corporate governance, mainly in the provision of support to the managing bodies of companies that have high governance standards.
He is the head of the Latin American and Iberian desk at Machado Meyer, providing legal assistance to some of the main Spanish, Portuguese and Latin-American investors in Brazil.
Sanchez was a pioneer in the country in corporate and contractual matters that are inherent to the sports and entertainment industry, being the head of this practice area at the firm.
Received his LLB from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

He is a member of the International Bar Association and Brazilian Bar Association.
