Biography
Ivan has over 15 years of experience advising clients from a wide range of industries. His practice focuses on capital markets, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises domestic and cross-border issuers and underwriters regarding debt, equity, asset-backed and structured securities offerings and tender offers.
Iván also represents clients in credit transactions and restructurings, in addition to his active mergers and acquisition practice, with an emphasis on private equity transactions.
