Isabela Coelho is a partner in the area of corporate law and governance and due diligence at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.
She advises clients on legal due diligence to identify and measure strategic risks involved in several kinds of transactions. The risks analyses include corporate, contractual, civil, labour, tax, regulatory, real estate and environmental aspects.
Isabela holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidade Municipal de Franca and is specialist in civil proceedings from Pontifícia Universidade de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
