Mr Minorini Lima has developed extensive expertise in energy and regulatory law, and international and domestic arbitration proceedings. He advises and represents both local and foreign companies.

In the area of energy and economic regulation, he regularly advises companies in different regulated areas such as power generation – both non-renewable and renewable – natural gas, infrastructure, administrative contracts, public utilities –electricity and gas transmission and distribution, water and sewage systems, railways – and other regulated activities.

With respect to dispute settlement procedures, Mr Minorini Lima advises and actively represents clients in commercial and investment disputes under the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICDR (AAA) arbitration rules.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a foreign associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP (New York) at its international arbitration group.
