Ignacio Castiglione is a partner of the labour and social security department. He joined O’Farrell in 2011.
His activity focuses on preventive counselling and the resolution of labour disputes, whether individual or collective, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with labour unions, managing labour complex proceedings and labour counselling in mergers and acquisitions proceedings.
He graduated as a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in 2009.
He holds a master’s degree in labour law and international labour relations from Universidad Nacional Tres de Febrero. He also earned a master’s degree in “law and economics” from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He has taken numerous specialisation courses in labour and commercial law.
He is the author of several articles related to areas of expertise that were published in law magazines. Mr Castiglione has given lectures on labour and union law.
