Hugo Forno Flórez is partner in the litigation and arbitration practice at the Lima office.
He has 33 years’ experience in the legal profession, specialising in the areas of civil property law, contracts, arbitration, rights in rem and hydrocarbons. He has broad experience in arbitration proceedings, having acted as arbitrator, attorney and an expert in Peruvian law.
He has served as general secretary of the managing board of the Lima Bar Association.
He has been a member of the Board of Arbitration of the International Arbitration Center of the American Chamber of Commerce in Peru (AMCHAM). He is an arbitrator at the National and International Arbitration Centre of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce in Peru and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
