Norton Rose Fulbright partner Hernán González Estrada concentrates his practice on energy, project finance, public procurement, regulatory and antitrust matters. He also focuses on the implementation and development of infrastructure projects, including public/private partnerships, in areas such as electricity, gas, petrochemicals, water, public infrastructure and general corporate advisory.
Mr González has represented a variety of public and private entities in the development, implementation and financing of various infrastructure projects, including representation of developers, contractors, lenders and public entities. Mr González has also participated in antitrust matters in both, merger control transactions and monopolistic practices investigations.
He received his JD from Universidad Latinoamericana with honours and is authorised to practise law in Mexico.
